Diagnosis first, sales pitch never

A lot of AC repairs are small: a capacitor, a contactor, a clogged drain line. Our techs are not paid commission, so nobody is motivated to turn a forty-dollar part into a new system pitch.

We find the actual fault, explain it in plain English, and hand you a flat written price for the fix. If the honest answer is that your system is on borrowed time, we say that too, with numbers for both paths so you can decide.

Is it worth repairing an older AC?

It depends on the repair and the unit. A cheap part on a 12-year-old system is usually worth it. A compressor on the same system usually is not. We quote the repair and the replacement so the decision is yours with real numbers.

Why is my AC freezing up?

Usually weak airflow or low refrigerant. A dirty filter, a failing blower, or a slow leak all end in the same block of ice. We find which one it is, because refilling refrigerant over a leak is renting comfort, not fixing anything.

How fast can you get here?

During cooling season we hold room in the schedule for no-cool calls and get to most of them fast. Call and we will give you a real arrival window, not a shrug.
